How did you join the receivables industry?

I originally got involved in the ARM industry when I worked for my family’s law firm in high school. They handled commercial (B to B) legal collections for leasing companies.

In the receivables industry, what emerging trend has your attention?

Tech changes are a big focus right now. I’m watching to see which tech will win and lose in the space. So many new start-ups are coming into the space. It’s fun to learn about them and see where they want to go in the industry.

What are your hopes for the receivables industry?

I am hoping that the rising cost of compliance will begin to slow down and that tech will help companies in the industry to operate more efficiently and profitably.

What is your favorite part of working at your company?

I love my 3 monitors at my home office. It really helps when looking at multiple documents!

TV – I love watching Saturday Night Live!

Music – I’m getting more into country, but my heart is still in hip hop.

I love playing basketball. I play every Monday!

Do you have a pet? If so, what kind and what’s their name?

Nope. I had a black lab that passed away a few years ago and haven’t gotten another dog yet. Maybe one day!
