In his role as Managing Partner of MCU Holdings, LLC, Alan Malke is responsible for maintaining positive client relationships, driving new acquisitions, developing and implementing organizational goals, policies & procedures, and consulting and cooperating with other executives, managers, and employees. My favorite part of working here is knowing that our work helps consumers get out of debt while maintaining a high level of integrity and standards for our valued clients.

What currently has my attention is the shift towards digitized practices and increased reliance on technology. At the same time, we are seeing the shift away from intrusive methods of collection strategies to a more preemptive approach based on information and flexible payment options.

As in most industries, COVID-19 disrupted the typical business model in the receivables industry. I see a more significant shift from office life to more work from home opportunities and a greater reliance on automation.

I define professional success as running a profitable company that conducts business with honesty and integrity and nurtures high-quality, balanced lives for its employees.

I was once told to trust my instincts and have faith in others. I have since followed this advice and wouldn’t be in my current position if I didn’t follow my gut on many of the decisions I’ve made in my life.

My advice is to take the time to develop long-term relationships, don’t take shortcuts, and always operate with honesty and integrity.

My proudest accomplishment is a personal one; I am most proud of my wife and three children. My family means everything to me and they are my biggest supporters.

My favorite podcast is The Decrypt Daily. I’m really interested in the emergence of cryptocurrency and its impact on our economic future.

I have a Bachelor in Science in forensic science, so if I weren’t in this industry, I would be interested in exploring a crime scene forensics career.

Most people don’t know that I play the guitar! Although these days, my playing mostly consists of nursery rhymes for my kids.
